2am in Cummington, ma i slipped on ice and fell off the deck while babysitting for Mavis. There were coyotes in the field across from the house. I hurt my ribs and couldn’t get up right away, Mavis stood over me guarding me, her paws against me. I knew I was safe from them till I was able to get up. Mavis to the rescue.
