Bernie and Penny defy Pit bull stereotypes every day with their loving, friendly, outgoing demeanor. Penny is a true "nanny" to her two kids, and Bernie loves everyone and thing he meets.

Bernie helps as a test dog, welcoming all new fosters with a wiggly butt and big smile.

Penny was a rescue who came in pregnant and heart worm positive, she gave birth to her babies in my our home allowing me the privilege of assisting her.

Our intention was never to "fail" Bernie. But as he grew he stole our hearts. He has and is always extremely happy to meet new people, dogs even toads.

He excitedly grabs the first thing he can when someone enters the house and runs around happily making cute growling noises and his whole butt wiggles. And that silly upside down pose is how he greets new people and dogs he meets.
