I adopted Harlow in 2021 from a local rescue after he was left abandoned in a vacant homes backyard. Harlow had severe hip dysplasia and was in the rescue for awhile due to no one wanting to take on his medical care even though his adoption fee was $0. Harlow was the definition of a gentle giant and was always every body’s favorite dog in my house full of other foster dogs and my other personal dogs. Just 11 days before Christmas in 2025, Harlow passed away. He was estimated to be 8-9 years old but we didn’t know for sure. He was such an amazing dog and huge reason why I got into fostering dogs. No longer by my side but forever in my heart.
