Axel started his life by being thrown out of a car window onto the side of a highway in Columbia, South Carolina at barely a month old until his rescue took him in. I stumbled upon his profile and was chosen by the rescue for a trial home visit for a weekend and that was was it! He became the most wonderful little brother to his late sister, Tippy. She taught him how to be the best pittie out there. He loves everyone and doesn’t have a mean bone in his perfect purebred body. He is described by all the vet staff at our clinic as such a “sweet sweet man!” I may be biased, but they are spitting facts, he is sweeter than honey!!! He defies all the negative stigmas out there about his breed. He recently has become the best older brother to his new sister, Prudence. Axel loves to grace others with his presence on many patios around town and is very well suited to appear on a beer can, so he can touch even more lives, one cold sip at a time!
