He was given to me by an individual from hickory. He was severely attacked by two other male rats housed in an improper enclosure. He came to me with open wounds and scratches. It took months to gain the trust of Mr. Pibble. Everything was a threat and his first response was to bite to draw blood which made both of us a little untrusting. LOL it took a lot of persistence and coaching and many many treats to get Mr pibble to understand that he was in a home of love and not fear. He has done an 180 and will now come out, do a few little tricks that he has learned and will definitely take the time for some head scratches and snuggles. They don't live very long, so he's getting a little older now and appreciates just being held until he falls asleep. He has come a long way and is very deserving of so much!
