Frank was a crowd favorite and won the hearts of many at Second Chance, due to his goofy and fun-loving nature. He is all-smiles (due to his underbite), especially when it's walk time, dinner time, or nap time. Frank represents what rescues do best: giving dogs with the deck stacked against them a "Second Chance" at having a normal, happy life.
