Meet Dorito. She's sprawled on the rug in this photo like she owns the place. She does.
Dorito is a gray rescue tabby with opinions. When she wants something — food, attention, or simply to announce her presence — she opens her mouth and out comes a sound that is less "meow" and more pterodactyl. Friends have asked questions. I have no good answers.
Her purr is another matter entirely. It revs up like a Harley idling at a stoplight. You don't hear it so much as feel it in your chest. She will press herself against you and just... run that engine. It's the best thing in the world.
She also does daily aerobics. Nobody asked her to. She simply wakes up, decides chaos is necessary, and tears through the house at full speed before flopping down exactly like this picture. Fully committed. No regrets.
But here's the thing about Dorito: after all the noise and the zoomies and the drama, she finds you, crawls into your lap, and melts. Every time.
She's loud, she's ridiculous, and she gives the best cuddles in the business. Top kitty? She'd settle for nothing less.
