Jojo, formerly Godiva, was adopted in 2020. I’m a healthcare worker and really needed a loving companion during COVID. She quickly became my best friend when I needed her the most. She is the canine version of me. We are both introverted redheads who enjoy the outdoors, have resting judgmental faces, and can’t say no to snacks. Over the past couple years, Jojo has been a big sister to several foster dogs who she helped come out of their shells. She has lost a few teeth since this photo was taken because she loves her bones and sticks. She tore a ligament in her knee last year and had to get a metal plate put in. My little sister says she is now “1 percent robot.” I’m so grateful for my sweet, sassy pittie!
