Bubba is one of my foster fails. He came to us as a foster at 1 week old two weeks before I was due to have back surgery. Out of his 4 siblings only him and his sister made it. He went into what was supposed to be his forever home but after my surgery I got a call from the rescue coordinator that his sister was not doing well and he was being return after only 3days. Even though I was in pain and could barely move, my family and I made the decision that they would be ours forever. My husband went and picked them up and we were shocked at the condition of my babies, little Ember was dehydrated and not eating and Bubba was just sad. We immediately put back up the kitten play area in my daughter room and worked hard to get them back healthy. Now Bubba and his sister are happy healthy “children”. His favorite pastime is watching his squirrel friend that we have named zippy. And believe it or not he loves to take a shower. He is a big baby and I couldn’t imagine our lives without him. When we brought him and his sister home, I told them both that this is forever. I think they chose us from day one, it just took us a little while longer to see that it was meant to be. We do love our Bubba🥰💕
