My name is Jefferson (Named after Thomas Jefferson because my fur color is quite similar to Thomas' hair color and I love books- just to nap on), and I was adopted from the Charleston Animal Society when I was just a baby.
I LOVE PEOPLE (especially my mom). My favorite things to do are sit in boxes and windowsills, knock over cups of water with ice (because I prefer beer), lay on the kitchen island, scratch at my mom's door in the morning, and get my fur groomed and vacuumed with the mini vacuum (yes, I said vacuum). I also love to greet all visitors at the door. I also fell off of a third story porch one time, and I didn't even get injured. I guess I have eight lives left. My personality is what is most unique about me and my purr sounds like a distant thunderstorm.
Four fun facts about me- I love having a side salad of arugula with blueberries every night with my dinner. I was easily trained to sit and lay. And, I managed to turn on a water faucet and flood my family's house, and I still manage to be extremely loved and spoiled.
