Hello My name is Jersey! I was born on April 16th to Georgia who had just been rescued by the amazing ladies at Lakeside Animal Rescue. Three weeks after I was born my momma gave up feeding all nine of us because she was just too tired from having puppies every few months her entire life. Ms Shannon came with a bottle and saved my life and I was so happy! Then a new friend came to live with us so that he could have a chance at a future and he gave us a terrible virus and we were so so sick. When we were 12 weeks old two boys came to meet us and chose me Jersey and my brother Ness (Tennessee) to come live with them in Charleston. We love it here and hope soon that our other brother Dakota may get to grow up with us here as well. The boys just love me and I am so sweet and loving to them. Oh I am super laid back but my brother Ness is rough and he had me back at the Dr last week because he plays so so hard. I have had a lot of Dr time in my short life but I have a bright future and would just love to be your “Spokesdog!” And tell all the people how many puppies and kittens need responsible homes to thrive and live their best lives.
