Vladdie was a stow away in our garage during a hurricane. We came back to a surprise kitten living there for 3 days. Her arrival coincided with our 3 rescue shelties declining health and all leaving us in the span of a year and a half. The unexpected love we got from Vladdie (named for Vlad the Impailer - as she bit me bad the first time we met) really helped us thru the loss of our other rescue pets.
