Hi everyone! My name is Ash. I spent my first 7 months in the joint. I was brought back a couple of times because I "played too rough" and liked to bite and scratch. My Mom didn't go to the shelter looking for a cat, she was just picking up a toy for another cat at home. Every time she walked past my cell, I would try to play with her through the window. I really liked the toy she picked out. Though I only have one good eye, I could see this was my MOM. I was so excited when she wanted to meet me. I played with her for a few minutes and didn't even play too rough. The lady at the shelter tried to make me fiesty but I was still good. My Mom said, I was just being a normal kitten. I was so happy she like me for who I was. She brought me home and it is great! I even have an older brother! Sometimes I get on his nerves but we like to play rough together. I don't really bite or scratch anymore. I'm a lover, not a fighter! I love to cuddle and face rubs are my FAVORITE! I'm so glad my Mom could see the real me that day. I would love to be the Spokescat for Palmetto Rescue Brew so I can tell everyone that sometimes you just need to be given a chance!
