I'm the best ambassador for the Palmetto Rescue Brew Beer because I embody the impact a rescue can have on a family. First let me explain my name Anyu. It means "thankful" in a specific Hungarian dialect. I was given this name as an ode to my older "sister", who passed away suddenly at the beginning of COVID. My parents were at a loss over the passing and thought they would see if there were any rescues that needed a loving home. Long story short, they found me, or as I like to think... I found them. Casey, my owner's previous dog, was also a rescue and brought them so many years of joy. They were so thankful for the time they had with her, thankful that I was available to share my love with them and so that's how I got my name, Anyu. I'd love to be able to share my story about the importance of rescuing with everyone in the low country. Thanks (or should I say Anyu) for considering my family and I!
