Floki was found as a terrified kitten on the Cooper River Bridge! Luckily someone was able to get her safe and to the CHS Animal Society. Having such a scary start to life its not surprising she was the only kitten I've ever seen in a barn cat program; she was so incredibly skiddish she didn't want anyone handling her. When I adopted her they said she would want to live outside away from people. Well, after a year of a lot patience and love, a year of hiding and hissing and keeping her distance... Look at her now! Every night she jumps into my lap and purrs for head massages. Like a good beer, she's great for an outdoor adventure or for chill couch time.
