My name is Teddy. My mom rescued me 12.5 years ago in TN. I am now 14 and was recently diagnosed with a collapsed trachea. I only have a few more months before I cross the rainbow bridge but I am training my little brother (Yogi-2yr old Golden) to be the new protector of my family. My mom and dad like taking me on all sorts of adventures and meeting new people (human people that is, I believe I should be the only dog in the world). I love the beach and spend a ton of time with my family with the sand between my toes watching the sunsets (when we lived in California for 6 years) and the sunrises at my new home in Charleston. I get sad thinking about watching sunsets and sunrises from doggy heaven above, but I know every time that it happens, my parents and maybe even my little brother will be thinking of me.

My parents and all of their friends think I am the most unique dog around, they say I have lots of personality and am really sassy. I know my parents enjoy drinking the adult funny juice, so it would cool if they saw my face every time they grabbed a new can and could remember me by it.
