Hi! My name is Elly May. I was born in a shelter in Alabama, where my mommy dog was surrendered just before I was born. When I was a week old, my mommy dog and siblings were taken into foster care by a nice family. At eight weeks old, my new mom and dad adopted me through Operation Paws for Homes, and soon afterwards, we moved to Pawleys Island. My dad takes me to the beach every day in his Jeep, and on the way I wear my goggles to keep my eyes safe. I love seeing my old friends there and meeting new ones, too. Some of the humans bring treats for me, and I thank them with lots of kisses. Dad throws the ball into the ocean, and I love to jump the waves to get it. Sometimes, if I'm tired, I just wait for the ocean to bring the ball back to me. Most nights, my mom and dad take me for a ride on the golf cart, and I hang on tight and smile big when dad takes the corners a little fast. My mom always holds me tight! It's so much fun! They love me so much, and I love them! I think I'd be a great ambassador for Palmetto Rescue Brew Beer, because people have fun drinking beer, and I am all about fun!
