Tell us why your pet is the best ambassador for the Palmetto Rescue Brew Beer (from your pet's perspective)
Harlow, formerly known as Sparkles, is a hound -Staffie mix rescue who hails from NC.
While she didn’t have the best start to life, she slowly opened up as she began her new life in NYC where she lived before moving to SC.
Everyone is a friend - people, dogs, cats, birds, squirrels. (And mom’s a little worried about that with the alligators.) Her favorite activities include: Sleeping on her back, rolling in the grass, chasing tennis balls, crawling between strangers legs so they can scratch her butt, watching the squirrels and lizards, whipped cream, ice cream and hamburgers. (If the vet is reading this, she’s still on her diet.) What she has done is changed a lot of my friends’ and family’s opinions of rescue and the Staffie / Pitt breed. My parents in particular were quite worried when I got her because of misperceptions about the breed. Now Harlow is the favorite grandchild. I’ve have friends adopt because of Harlow. Many are completely shocked when they find out her mix and hear her story - she’s so sweet, always has a wagging tail and just wants a good scratch. She’s a great advocate for rescues.
