Hi there! My name is Booster but the cool cats call me Boo for short. My mom adopted me from my foster mom inside a Japanese grocery store with my little sister, Tofu, while on a trip to Greenville. She was going through some mental health struggles at the time so her doctor recommended she get a pet cat. Never owning a cat before, she told herself she would only get a cat if it was fluffy and white and well.. I guess I showed up at the right time! My mom also thought she was getting a girl cat.. hence my name. She also said it's after King Boo from Mario! He's good, right? I'm only a year old but I top the scale at 13 pounds. Mom says there's just more of me to love. When mom is scared or sad my instincts just kick in and I give her all the snuggles and purrs. We've been through a lot together. I had a rough upbringing as a kitten living on the streets with my siblings so I still get scared of loud noises and anything new which is perfect because mom is pretty quiet. I guess we both needed each other.
