Rex is a dog that I rescued 8 years ago. He'd been hit by a car and was left on the ide of the road. He had a broken pelvis and a ruptured bladder. He was scheduled to be euthanized by Animal Care and Control. He needed 2 surgeries, so I donated, along with many others and I then adopted him. The photo I submitted is Rex just hanging out, being happy and alive. I can see the look he gives me and I feel like he loves me for saving his life.
