I was an owner surrender to Greenville County Animal Care, an open intake shelter.
The vets there discovered that I was heartworm positive, and have cancer that is not survivable. I have a deformed front leg and shelter vets saw that I broke my good front leg and it wasn’t set, it healed on it’s own. I was full of intestinal parasites and had many litters of puppies.
This nice lady came to meet me, I understood her to say that she volunteers there and has fostered many other dogs from there. She came back and brought me home and I am so happy I get to stay here for the remaining months the vets say I have left. She takes me and my fur brother for walks with me in this thing called a stroller. She takes me for these yummy treats and I even get to sleep with them on a bed! I just love it here! If it wasn’t for her, there were no other options for me and my life would have ended without having to have all these wonderful experiences. Momma says I love to eat so much she has no doubt I will live longer than these vets say so I can eat more!
