Winston and Zeus and 3 other siblings were abandoned on the side of the road at the age of 4 months in mid-July when the temps were around 100 degrees. They were searching for water and didn’t know where to find it. They were weak, thirsty, hungry, and covered with ticks when I saw them. I decided not to let the dogs die and called animal control.
