Tell us why your pet is the best ambassador for the Palmetto Rescue Brew Beer (from your pet's perspective)
I’m Marcie from St. Croix. I’ve had some dark days. I was abused and someone slit my throat and threw me in the bushes to die, but I did not die. I was rescued and the local shelter saved my life. I was very scared and quivered at the back of my kennel. Finally a nice lady felt sorry for me and agreed to foster.

I tried to hide in the bathtub at my foster home, but the nice lady and the man that lives with her made me go for walks and play with other dogs. I started to feel better. My foster people were moving, so I flew to Florida to be adopted. I was adopted twice, but it didn’t work out. I guess they were looking for something different than me.

One day they put me in a van for a long drive to Vermont. I was terrified. When we got to Vermont I was placed in another car. I was scared, but I smelled a familiar scent. My foster people were in the car with me! I don’t know how I found them and deep down inside I felt hope.

Now I am happy. I get to run outside, chase rabbits, play with other dogs, bound through deep snow, and cuddle with the nice lady and the man that lives with her. I call them mamma and dad now and we love each other. They gave me a chance and I’m living my best life!
