Phoenix is a shelter rescue, who prior to me adopting her, spent most her life in a shelter. She was pulled from another shelter by the shelter that I adopted her from. She was about 15 lbs under weight when they received her, she was then sent to the Pups 4 Parole program where she excelled and passed her CGC certification in a month.
