Tell us why your pet is the best ambassador for Commonhouse Aleworks Rescue Brew (from your pet's perspective)
My life has always been an adventure. I was first rescued as a kitten when I was found stuck 20 feet up in a tree. My family did there best to make me an indoor pet, but I preferred watching birds and exploring the several acres around my home. I was a bit of a kleptomaniac and had a perchance for taking little trinkets from our neighboring houses. I've returned home with several dozen items, including baby socks, Matchbox cars and Christmas decorations. One day, as I was exploring my backyard and I came across a 6 foot timber rattlesnake. Being the natural hunter that I am, I did my best to scare him off . Severely injured with two bite wounds, my worried family looked frantically for me for 7 days. I was finally able to limp home and my family rushed me to the vet hospital. I had a bite on my lip and lost some of my tongue due to the snake venom. The other bite was on my front paw and I lost a couple of toes. I fought very hard in the hospital for 21 days, but ultimately my body was very weak and tired and I succumbed to my injuries. My family will always see me as their hero and they know in their hearts I tried to protect them. Even though my life ended at the age of 12 years, I lived my life to the fullest and I have no regrets.
