Hi, my name is Penelope are used to live in a crate for 20 to 22 hours a day, then, my now mom rescued me, I now play in the yard play with other animals I get to go to the dog park all the time and I put on weight I feel so much better. My favorite people are little people but I love everybody. I’m a crazy mix of a Chihuahua, Yorkie, and a corgi. I have a big sister that took care of me and treated me like I was her baby when I first got rescued. I am happy all the time and I love meeting new people . I love to talk as well !
