Tell us why your pet is the best ambassador for Commonhouse Aleworks Rescue Brew (from your pet's perspective)
When my parents lost their Sasha, my mom was heartbroken. She had always told Sasha she would save another soul. Luckily, mom couldn’t wait long and came to my rescue the day I was placed on the adoption floor. My dad rode in the backseat and petted me while mom drove us home with the windows down. To this day, dad is my favorite, and they think it’s because he was the one who sat with me on the way home. My parents have no idea where I came from but they know I have seen some terrible things. I have scars above both of my front paws, had pellets in my thigh & came heart-worm positive; but I’m free now! On my first few walks, I was very timid, & would lean into dad as we walked down the street. I would drop to the ground & shake when sticks were accidentally kicked. Now, I’m bold & confident as I prance down the street on my retractable lead. You would never know I was once nervous & timid. Barker Lounge, my favorite place, once reported to mom “Queen London likes to sit on her throne in the sunshine and watch all her loyal subjects prance about!”. Some loud bearded men with hats and sunglasses still scare me, but not all, so mom & dad know when to bring me close to them. I know they will always keep me safe. I hope other adult shelter dogs get lucky like me!
