I was over-bred and had my babies taken away. I was then abandoned and left tied to a fence to fend for myself at a young age. I found myself in a rural shelter with virtually no hope to live. After the help of Rosie’s Rescue and a few very nice ladies that saved my life (more then once), I found my forever family, and get to lay by the pool drinking beers with my best friend Rocky (a 9lb Chihuahua)! I was named after Super Bowl winning and Future Hall of Fame Philadelphia Eagles Center Jason Kelce. Cheers ! Go Birds!!
