Charlie was found, nearly starved to death, in a ditch as a baby. He initially had food anxiety, but has overcome that. He now relishes his role as big brother to other rescues and fosters. He’s also the house monitor, quickly alerting his human mom about anything amiss such as strangers on the property, a flooding laundry room, or open windows at night.
