Hello my name is Bessie (aka Cowgirl). I was found in Charleston and brought to the humane society to heal up. Then one day, my boy Josh saw me and I knew he wouldn’t leave without me if I jumped up on the glass and smiled at him! Now we are best friends! We go on walks together, take naps together, and he even takes me for rides in his big RAM truck! I sure was scared in the streets by myself but now, I am happy and safe. I even have a little brother to play with and keep out of trouble. They say I am the ‘nanny’ breed. I am not sure what that means but I sure do love taking care of my people and that little pup. I am always watching out for them to make sure they are ok. And sometimes, I just get so excited when I see them, I do a little dance and do a whole butt wag! It makes them laugh every time. I have a family now! Cheers!!!
