KC is a rescue from a hoarding case. Has the funniest personality and does not know a stranger. His underbite is fantastic as well. While we were unsure of his breed when we adopted him, through DNA test, we found out he is a Shi Tzu! KC is proof that you can find any breed at a rescue. Rescues are the best!
