Hi! I’m Bing! My pawrents found me all along living outside when I was a tiny kitten. They found me way up in the top of a tree screaming like a little banshee! It’s okay though, because they took me to Charleston Animal Society, got me chipped and fixed and vaxed, and then they ADOPTED ME. I love my life on James Island. Fast forward to November 2022, and I disappeared. For three months! My parents were heartbroken. They did everything they could think of to find me, and everyone in the community chipped in. Guess what saved me? My cool chip I got from Charleston Animal Society when I was just a baby kitty. My mom got a phone call in February 2023 telling her that my chip from CAS was scanned at a rescue 400 miles away in Tennessee! I haven’t told anyone how I got all the way from Charleston to Tennessee yet, but my dad flew all the way there to bring me home. Now I’m safe and sound thanks to CAS. I’d love to share my story and make sure all the animals get CHIPPED! Love, Bing the cat
