Walter velveteen rescue was found in Walterboro heart worm positive and in need of love, he is so sweet and loves everything Charleston and it’s residents, he filled our family’s heart after we lost the last of our three old pit bulls, he would be an amazing ambassador and is a classic South Carolina black dog (black dogs and cats are least likely to be adopted)
