Well, my name is Barley and my mom rescued me from Charleston Animal Society due to a hoarding incident. I was so tiny and now look at me. I am so happy my mom took a chance on me... Of course, I used my charm and it worked. I want to help other animals experience the same love ❤️ I was given when I was finally adopted. Also, I look good in photos especially with bow ties.
