Hi! My name is Sammy! I was 6 weeks old, starving, abandoned by my cat mom and only 24 hours from losing my life when my momma found me by a sewer. The vet even thought I had no chance of survival as a tiny baby, who needed lots of help and care. She said I was only 1.8 pounds with fleas, upper respiratory syndrome, too thin, and probably wouldn’t make it, but my human momma never gave up on me! She spent weeks by my side, teaching me to be the strong, beautiful cat that I am today and never let me give up. We went through lots of medications and learning lessons! She even taught me how to drink water on my own and use the litter box! Today, I am a happy, 8 year old kitty, living my best life and I am forever grateful that I was rescued by my momma or I would not be here today to experience all the amazing things in life a cat should!
