I embody what it means to be a rescue cat!
I spent my first year feral in Massachusetts. I was fed by my own hunting skills and the occasional neighbor, until one family took me in. After a few months, I was being evicted from my first and only home because of a nasty divorce. One day a family friend came over to help move furniture and I knew I could win her over. I turned on the charm and paw picked her myself. I followed her everywhere and even into the shower!
She drove me over 600 miles back to VA infested with fleas.
Since that day I have been changing the minds of the most stubborn cat haters simply because of my loving, quirky and tolerant nature (I also preform for snacks!)
I made the right call with her. We’ve been together over a decade and even moved to another state (I’m great on car trips!) flea free. I am forever grateful to the self proclaimed “dog lover” that took me in. I put in my time to change her mind for all the rescue cats that come after me.
She tells people she rescued me, but I know I rescued her.
