Hi I’m Charlie! I am a 3 year old rescue named after our great city of Charleston! My pawrents served Palmetto beer as the signature beer at their wedding last year! My parents say I can’t have any but in dog years I am 21. Maybe if my face is on the can, my dad will let me have one!
