Well, first if all, let me thank you for giving me this opportunity. The start of my life was sad. My mom was a feral cat and I was taken away from her when I was only 7 days old and bottle fed by humans. Well, one thing led to another and I was adopted by my parents, Mike and Toula . I learned early on they were party people and Mike really loves special beers. The first beer he loved when he moved here from the cold North (I hear there are unpleasant memories related to it…shhhh), was Palmetto Amber. He even visited the brewery and he and a friend were thinking of buying it. I have been introduced to a lick now and then, but he refuses to give up his Palmetto Amber….although he is not selfish with the milk. Well…a guy has to get what he can get…but I look forward to those sips of Palmetto Amber
