Tell us why your pet is the best ambassador for the Palmetto Rescue Brew Beer (from your pet's perspective)
My name’s Lily and I’m the cutest dog in the world. At least that’s what everyone says when they meet me! I was found abandoned as a young pup and surrendered to the great folks at Charleston Animal Society. I was adopted and brought back three times within the first year of my life. I would pee in the house, but it was only because I was nervous or scared, those homes just had too much going on for me and I couldn’t relax. From multiple pet households to owner’s spouses who didn’t really care for me, it was a serious rollercoaster ride and I thought I’d never get adopted. That is until I met my forever family. I was a little nervous on the car ride to their house, but when we got there, I knew I was home. There were no kids, no other pets and plenty of room for me to run around and be myself. I think I’d make a good ambassador because of course I’d look great on a can of beer, but also my story will inspire other rescuers to never give up on those of us with “behavioral issues”. They may just be waiting to find the perfect match, just like I did!
