Howard was found as a stray and never claimed. Lucky for us he ended up with RESCUEDohio. We were a foster fail within minutes of meeting him. Howard’s favorite things in life are his frisbee and swimming. Howard has always dreamed of being a cover model and excited he finally gets his chance!
