Piper is a rescue alumni. She came from Kentucky to Ohio, and her mom couldn’t resist not applying for her the minute she saw her eyes. She now is dressed up to match her human on occasion, and she is a great foster sister to a lot of RO pups. She’s the most lovable girl you’ll ever meet!
