Our previous rescue passed away. Desperate for another dog, and wholly committed to rescuing, we rescued/adopted Angel from the Capital Area Humane Society in November 2021. She is an 8 year old shi-tzu mix. When she came to the Humane Society, she was heavily infested with fleas, severe infectious dermatitis, ear infection and tape worms. She is now happy, healthy and very spoiled. Our entire family absolutely loves this sweet girl. She has helped mend our broken heart and gives us such joy.
