Oscar is a Jack Russell / Chihuahua (ish) mix who came to us in 2016 as a rescue from Canine Collective. The rescue pulled dogs from a shelter in southern Ohio after a hoarding situation. Oscar was terrified to go outside because he was left out in the cold. He was only 12 lbs and it was winter. It took a year of patience and now he loves going out to potty and walk and bark at absolutely everything and everyone. His favorite target is the Amazon delivery person, although anyone walking by gets an earful. The entire neighborhood knows ‘that is Oscar’s house.’ He is 18lbs of spotted attitude and my sweet guy. I can’t tell you how much love and joy this spotted nugget brings to my life. We have a lot of really sweet pictures but he loves to stick his tongue out, so there it is :)
