Pepper was found running stray in downtown Washington, DC after her first family moved without her. She was rescued at roughly 2 years old and moved to Ohio with me. After much training, the scared little rescue dog has turned into the perfect puppy who loves nothing more than a hike and relaxing at a brewery.
