Your Pet's Story or Bio
After we lost our first dog Omar at the age of 16 our dog Ross became lonely as time went by. We decided, to adopt another dog. After looking at rescues online , I saw Roo's profile on the Rescued Ohio website and fell in love. I showed his picture to my husband and he fell in love too. We then setup a meet and greet and before we knew it we got to adopt Roo at the age of 4 months. Within a year of having him he did develop seizures. However, we were able to get them under control with medication so Roo could go back to being his playful self. Now at the age of 7 Roo loves going for car rides, playing with stuffed animals, going in and out of the house into the back yard, laying out in the sun, laying on the outdoor patio furniture, and of course trying to get as many treats/ chews as possible. Roo is such a wonderful dog my husband and I could not imagine life without him. We are very lucky we got chosen to be his pet parents.
