Spencer is a neutered male Boston Terrier age 6. He is a handsome chap that has an alias as Uncle Sam on one day every year at his 4th of July celebration on Songo Pond. Spencer challenges his friends on Songo Pond, in Norway where he lives, and beyond to vote and help meet his goal to earn $100 for the animals at Responsible Pet Care.
