Cecelia is quite a character. He is determined to make everyone his friend, and nothing will stop him except for maybe a kitty pat on the head. His blue eyes catch everyone and then his relaxed, calm and loving self steals the hearts of everyone that sees him. And yes, his favorite spot to cat nap is in the kitchen sink...
