A little about me...
Frankie is a superhero because she has survived being homeless, malnourished, and dumped in Alabama with her 7 puppies. She also survived 5 days in the ICU at the vet on oxygen, getting her lungs drained of fluid and fighting for her life after an Ehrlichia diagnosis. The vet bill was $13,000 and she pulled through. She has lived through the worst of things and is still so loving and sweet to everyone she meets. (Ehrlichia is a genus of Rickettsiales bacteria that are transmitted to vertebrates by ticks. These bacteria cause the disease ehrlichiosis, which is considered zoonotic, because the main reservoirs for the disease are animals. This disease is known more in the south, so she brought it with her from her past life in Alabama before she started her new life being spoiled and loved by so many!
