Meet Dexter, a 3 year old foxhound found on the streets of rural Kentucky when he was just 6 weeks old! I was supposed to just be his Rhode Island foster-mommy but this boy stole my heart and he became my first “foster-failure”. Dexter now helps his mom foster lots of rescue dogs! He loves all his furry friends: Large, small, old, young, blind etc. He helps them build their confidence and shows them how great it is to be a pet!
