Four years ago my brother and I walked into RISPCA fell in love and adopted him.
He was mated and in need of a loving caring home his papers said he knew no commands at 5 years old😳.
He knows all the commands now, very obedient, well groomed and is a loving sweet gentle “bear” we love him to the moon and back❣️

Adopting pets from the RISPCA allows these animals to have a full and wonderful life. I know Elbear is one very happy dog with a very loving family❣️
